On Saturday, June 26 in Rishon - Le-Zion city, held a final game of Israel Inline Hockey Championship between teams «Icebergs» (Bat Yam) and «Jerusalem Bears» (Herzliya).
Finalists were predictable before...

At the end of the regular season, they were placed on the first and second lines of the Championship's standings table, just for once tripped over the entire regular championship: «Icebergs» Bat Yam finished game with «Devils» Rishon team in a draw - 3:3, and «Jerusalem Bears» lost to «Icebergs» Bat Yam team - 4:6. The competition to championship’s leaders in the playoffs games could make: team from Nahariya which won the first place in Israel northern division and «Devils» Rishon team. «Icebergs» Bat Yam played with the team from Nahariya in 1 / 8 final game, and «Jerusalem Bears» played  with «Devils» Rishon in ½ final game.
Despite the fact that Nahariya pay serious attention to the game with a Bat-Yam, they could not outplay «Icebergs» team. Focusing on a quick counterattack with using their juniors and fast players Nahariya team twice scored goals. «Icebergs» did not sit in the defense and played in their traditional attacking style, using pressure in the opponent zone. Bat Yam team forwards shot gates of Nahariya team literally, scoring four goals and making a double more shots than Nahariya team. Three times the puck hit the cross-bar, and score could be much higher if not perfect playing of northerner’s goalie. As a result, «Icebergs» won with a score of 4:2.
In the semifinal game «Jerusalem Bears» dominated on the arena in a game with a young «Devils» team  from Rishon Lezion city. Leaders «Jerusalem Bears» won - 5:2 , but «Devils» team maked a decent resistance to experienced opponent.
The final game filled full the Rishon’s open arena's tribunes. Final game promised to be interesting and spectators were not disappointed. The fighting game continued till the last seconds of the game!
The teams comes to the game in their optimal rosters. Game started with a high speed. Actually almost was not interrupts during the game, and attacks in turn rolled it on one, then at the other gates. Several times «Icebergs» defense made mistakes, but safety played goalie Alex Aronov («Icebergs») . In «Jerusalem Bears» team distinguished team leader Artem Korotin performing a traditional playmaker role, and Valery Silyutin, sharply attacking on wings . In «Icebergs» team, in addition to the leader Alexei Bykov in forward, in defense Vlad Nosankov showed good play .
The first goal audience waited until the end of the first period. In the last-minute after the rebound from the «Jerusalem Bears» goalkeeper Andrei Jenishew («Icebergs») successfully corrected puck into the gate.
Of course, this goal has inspired «Icebergs» team, and they immediately increased pressure on the opponent gate. Twice puck hit the gate's cross-bar but finally Iceberg doubled score - 2:0. However, once the «Icebergs» settled down, as «Bears» to seize the game initiative and twice at intervals of a minute, scored 2 goals! In 15 minutes before the end of the game result was equal.
Both team’s forwards were tryed to score and forcing more and more mistakes by defenders. First «Bears», then «Icebergs», and again «Bears» got a penalties. Players lay down under the throws, goalkeepers saved pucks in unbelievable saves, and the time was rapidly going on. And when it seemed that nothing will happen, and both teams will find out who is winner in the overtime or in a series of penalties - come a fantastic end of the game.
In first goal was scored by «Icebergs» (Andrew Jenishew). Then, exactly two minutes before the end of the game, Yan Yumashev («Icebergs») got a penalty. «Jerusalem Bears» replaced the goalkeeper with 5-th field player and started  the final assault - five players against three players on the field. Over half minutes were taken 8 shots. In 30 seconds before the end of the game with Jan Yumashev, intercepts puck and scored the winning goal into an empty gate. Bat Yam team already celebrating a victory, but after a face-off in the central circle for 18 seconds before the final whistle, Dmitry Rozenman («Jerusalem Bears») scored goal, arguing that the “Bears” did not give up and how the real professionals are fighting till the end.
Tribune scored last seconds. Final siren fixed result 4:3 - winning the Bat Yam team.
Congratulations to «Icebergs» (Bat Yam) team which became the Champions of Israel in the 2009-2010 season. The third place was taken by «Rishon Devils» team has won «Vampires» Rishon team - 7:0.
The Scorer prize got Dmitri Rozenman «Jerusalem Bears» (Herzliya). The best goalkeeper in the Inline league season 2009-2010, got Alex Loginov «Devils» (Rishon Lezion). Most Valuable Player Cup  got Alexey Bykov «Icebergs» (Bat Yam).
